I lived on Hatteras thirty years ago, and among the many things I left the island with, was the beginning of a journey in massage. And now, I am returning to the island with the accumulation of the many years of massage education and experience.

I received my formal training from the Cayce-Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, VA and the Carolina School of Massage in Carrboro, NC.

I have been trained and educated in the many modalities of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Energy Work, Feldenkrais therapies and more. I bring to my massage work and the people I serve, presence and experience. My background in massage has shaped my style so that my clients are able to enjoy relaxation and healing. The total outcome: a state of increased awareness of one’s body, mind and spirit.
