I have owned In Touch Massage and Wellness Center since 2003. It is my vision to offer the best massage, skincare and alternative healthcare experience to our community by bringing highly skilled professionals together in a beautiful, nurturing environment.

I am a graduate of the Florida School of Massage (1990) and Virginia Institute of Esthetics and a strong believer in the power of simple human touch.

I believe our bodies have the capacity to return to a healthy state of balance, and that when you feel better, you have the ability to respond to life in a more positive way.

My massage work combines a wide range of techniques, from light gentle touch to deep specific massage. I have training in Neuromuscular Therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, Touch for Health, Raindrop Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, and Thai Foot Massage.

My esthetic work uses Chinese facial massage technique and herbal skincare products to help bring the skin into a more healthy state of balance.
